RATES/POLICIES
CONDO RENTAL RATES

TAXES
All rates are in USD and are subject to 12.41% Hawaii state tax.
PAYMENT
Payments payable by personal or certified cheque.
MINIMUM STAY
- There is a 5 night minimum stay .
- There is a 10 night minimum stay for reservations during the Holiday Season
Reservations/Damage Deposit
- A $600 deposit is required to secure reservations within 7 days of reservation request. $300 of this will be applied as a damage deposit. The remaining $300 will be applied to your rental charge.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
- The unit will be inspected upon tenant departure. The damage deposit will be applied to excessive laundry, excessive kitchen clean-up and/or necessary repairs due to unit damage during tenant stay.
Cancellation
A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival date. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date
Other Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time: 3 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10 a.m.
- Maximum occupancy: 3 people
- Children 12 years and under stay are included in maximum occupancies
- No pets
- No smoking inside the unit or on either of the lanais. Failure to comply with this term will result in the automatic forfeiture of the damage deposit.
- All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
- Daily or mid-stay maid service is available should you so desire for a small fee
- Half day rentals for late check-out/early check-in available, depending upon availability
